What I Offer

Consulting Services

Grounded in real-world community organizing and lived experience, each engagement is designed to move people and organizations from intention to impact.

👥
Community Engagement & Outreach

Designing and executing outreach strategies that reach and include people who are historically left out of institutional processes. Grounded in trust, not transaction.

Coalition Building

Bringing together diverse groups around shared purpose. I help identify common ground, bridge differences, and build coalitions that last beyond a single campaign.

🚀
Strategic Planning

From one-time planning sessions to ongoing advising, I help organizations clarify their goals, map obstacles, and build actionable plans that center equity and impact.

🙋
Facilitation & Training

Interactive workshops and facilitation for teams, boards, and community groups. Sessions designed to move groups from tension to clarity — and from clarity to action.

Disability Inclusion & Accessibility

Moving beyond ADA compliance to genuine belonging. Consulting to help organizations understand what it actually means to include disabled people — in policies, culture, and leadership.

👪
Lived Experience Consulting

Not just advising from experience — embedding people with lived experience as equal partners in the design, evaluation, and decision-making process. Nothing about us without us.

📣
Public Speaking & Storytelling

Keynote addresses, panel contributions, and storytelling for campaigns and organizations. I bring narrative, honesty, and a room-moving presence to every stage I'm on.

Advocacy Strategy & Leadership Development

Developing individual and organizational advocacy capacity — from grassroots campaign strategy to leadership coaching for changemakers operating in complex systems.

Community Leadership

Where the Work Happens

Real organizing. Real coalitions. Real communities — not just clients on a roster.

I serve as a Community Organizer with Caring Majority, leading organizing efforts throughout Buffalo and Western New York. This work sits at the intersection of care economy advocacy, disability justice, and community-driven systems change.

I also founded and maintain the Care Not Corruption Coalition, bringing together community members, caregivers, advocates, and organizations to advance transparency, accountability, and investment in care — not only in Western New York, but wherever communities are fighting for it.

"Organizing isn't just what I do — it's how I understand change. Real change happens when people who share a place and a future come together and refuse to be invisible."

Why This Work Matters

Lived Experience Is the Foundation

As a person with a disability who has navigated multiple systems and life experiences, I understand the importance of having your voice heard and your dignity respected. I know what it means to fight for basic accommodations — and what it means to build communities that make those fights unnecessary.

"My personal journey through trauma, healing, self-discovery, and advocacy fuels my commitment to helping others find their voice, build connections, and create meaningful change."

This isn't theory for me. It's life. And that's what makes the difference between consulting that sounds good and consulting that actually changes things.
