Welcome to the Journey Guide Life Coach community. We are a space dedicated to uplifting, supporting, and helping each other be our most authentic selves in a powerful and caring way. To keep this space safe and respectful for everyone, all members agree to the following guidelines upon joining.

Be Kind and Respectful Every member deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of harmful behavior toward other members will result in immediate removal from the membership.

No Sharing of Login Credentials Your account is for you alone. Sharing your login information with any other individual is strictly prohibited. Each member must maintain their own account.

All Content is Copyrighted All content within the members area — including but not limited to posts, videos, workshops, trainings, coaching materials, and resources — is the intellectual property of Journey Guide Life Coach LLC. Sharing content outside of the members area is prohibited.

Respectful Communication We are here to support each other. Attacks, negativity, or harmful commentary toward fellow members will not be tolerated.
Membership Terms & Waiver of Service
By booking a session or joining this community, you agree to the following terms:

Release of Liability
You acknowledge and take full responsibility for your life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of your family (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after any program or session. You hereby forever waive, release, and discharge Journey Guide Life Coach LLC, its heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, officers, agents, employees, representatives, and all others acting on their behalf from any claims or liabilities for injuries or damages arising out of or connected with your participation in any program or in connection with services provided by Journey Guide Life Coach LLC, including those caused by negligent act or omission.

Payments Are Final
All payments are final. No refunds will be made for any reason.

Minimum Session Commitment
Client agrees to a minimum of one session at the maximum rate of $300 each. If you have purchased a monthly package or 90-day package, you may still be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the value of the session.

Package Payment Responsibility
Once involving a package, the client understands that if they drop out of the program for any reason, they will be responsible for the remaining cost of the remaining number of sessions at full purchase value. Example: If you buy a monthly package of four sessions, use only one, and decide not to continue, you are still responsible for the remaining three sessions at full purchase value. Packages are non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy
Client acknowledges they must give 48-hour notice prior to any session cancellations. Failure to do so will permit a no-show fee of up to 100 percent of the cost of the session. Client understands that if they have more than one cancellation during the program, they can be dropped from the program and still be held responsible for the full cost of the program.

Scope of This Waiver
This waiver covers all services provided by Journey Guide Life Coach LLC, including but not limited to coaching services, classes and training courses, workshops, and all other services offered.
Legal Provisions
- This Agreement may not be modified without the prior written consent of the Client and Coach.
- If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
- This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior proposals, agreements, and representations.
- This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
- Each Party hereby consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts where the Coach resides.
By acknowledging this waiver, client agrees the acknowledgment of this waiver is the equivalent to the client's online signature to all terms.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Client and Coach agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein and have duly executed this Client Commitment & Agreement effective as of the booking of a session.
