Can programs be customized for our specific industry or context?
Absolutely. Every program starts with a scoping conversation to understand your organization's specific culture, challenges, and goals. The content is built around you, not pulled from a generic deck.
Are these programs available virtually?
Yes. Half-day and two-day programs are available fully virtual, in-person, or hybrid. Org-Wide Engagements typically use a hybrid approach that includes virtual sessions, async components, and in-person intensives based on what's needed.
What's included in the program fee?
Program fees include all design, preparation, and delivery time. For the Two-Day Intensive and Org-Wide Engagement, a scoping call is included to ensure the program is built around your actual needs. Travel and accommodation for in-person delivery are billed separately.
What about follow-up support after the program?
Half-Day participants get access to follow-up resources and a 30-day optional check-in. Two-Day participants get a 90-day follow-up session included. Org-Wide clients have ongoing coaching access throughout the engagement.
